A Dividend Aristocrat is a company that has consistently paid dividends every year to its investors for the last 25 years. In order to be a Dividend Aristocrat, a company must be part of the S&P 500, which is an index that tracks the 500 largest companies listed on the stock exchange.

Realty Income Corp has been committed to their monthly dividend to their shareholders.
